Join a sustainable future as a Customer Success Manager at Esgian. You will be responsible for developing client relationships and client engagement – helping our customers leveraging our services and achieving their business objectives.

You will be part of a highly skilled offshore rig team, working closely with clients, product management, sales, analysts, and the leadership to ensure success for our clients, our business, our teams and yourself.

We believe you are meant for this job if you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably with some experience from client success, account management or similar roles. You should have a track record of managing and growing client accounts, experience using CRM and other relevant tools, excellent communication skills, as well as being an exemplary English speaker.

Main responsibilities:

  • Client onboarding and training
  • Client relationship management – build strong client relationships
  • Client success initiatives – develop and execute tailored success plans to help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Account retention – through client value, engagement and customer success drive renewals
  • Reporting and documentation – maintain accurate records of client interactions, account activities, and progress in the CRM system
  • Organize client outreach, marketing campaigns and conferences
  • Event tracking – monitor and track all relevant events in the regions where Esgian should attend and/or participate
  • Feedback and continuous improvement – gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements
  • Contribute to Esgian’s social media engagement
